Yea I hate this contract about as much as anyone, but a more appropriate name would be more useful in getting people to join up. Many of us aren’t super down with World Socialists.
Wow. Just read the “newsletter”. These folks should NOT be embraced. We want a good Contract. NOT the extremist and stupid demands WSWS suggests UPSers make to the Company at the end of the newsletter. You don’t get a good deal in negotiations by making blatantly ridiculous demands. UPS has a business to run. Not a utopia.

People that want to sink the company are ridiculous, good luck on that pension if UPS goes belly up. There is room between these nuts and what we got though.
Their socialist, what would you expect, at least they have some zeal. We could of used some of them some of our negotiating committees, it needs something.
So- if someone doesn't share your views, they are a keyboard warrior? When you post your....opinions, what are you? Always right....right? I highly doubt you would question anyone "touting" the union. You are probably a decent man- but you should not take it so personally when members of this union don't always agree with you. They have a right to speak their mind. Happy Friday. (Lol!)
If you can form a committee of smart individuals... Then just join Teamster United... They are working with TDU and others to navigate for a better contract... They have smart and knowledgeable people that know UPS language, IBT and local bylaws... Just join the fight with them. They will love the help!
