Article is far more emotional than it is logical. I would rather have a national security expert weigh in on it than a bunch of pissed off locals, even if they are war vets.
If an enemy wants to piss away hundreds of millions on helping build back our manufacturing capabilities I want to know what we have to lose by allowing it. America could also just confiscate their assets during wartime and use it as leverage against them hurting them economically.
