58hrs. Punched out at 3:40 today (friday) due to fatigue.

Ate and about to pass out.

They’re teling all covers and lower half of drivers tomorrow is mandatory even tho we’ve maxed at basically 60 and are going to do our routes as helper...

Still waiting for a response on start time and pay rate.

You guys choosing to not run ORION are the problem. Do what they say and run it into the ground. It's the only way it's going to be fixed.
Easy for you to say being in feeder now... I wouldn’t want to put up with this pkg car * show every day... I feel bad for all of these PC drivers....

Sucks to hear people are having these issues out there. I was bumped today and went home. The hardest thing I've done all day is clean up a drop of queso that fell onto the floor from my chip. Otherwise I've been playing with myself, watching Pornhub, and taking a nap.
Fixed it for you kiddo...

I dont like making multiple left turns against traffic on a busy highway.
I dont like crawling over/ fighting thru a 25 piece, HIN #1100 bulk stop until 4:00 in the afternoon. Especially when ORION has me driving right past it 6 times doing other stops.
I dont like having to bury a trampoline, 2 bunk beds, six 70 lb rolls of carpet and 5 Amazon boxes of dog food underneath fifty 48 lb. cases of wine because ORION told me to drive right by those deliveries in order to do a winery pickup at 11:00 in the morning.
I dont like having to deliver a 275 lb trampoline out the bulkhead door because ORION wants me to wait until the end of the day to deliver a RDR bulk stop that is blocking the back door.
The job is already hard enough. The forced stupidity of ORION makes it even harder.

Maybe, just maybe, after you load 2500 pounds of wine and before you get rid of the rest of the heavyweights, you should find scales and call in the violation.

This was a correct statement when we still had access to RDO, but not any longer.
The company has made a decision to intentionally hide RDO from us in order to block us from viewing the manifest in sequential order, thereby crippling our ability to make the choices that are in the company’s best interest.
Do they have the right to make this decision? Yes.
Do they have the right to then hold us responsible for the consequences of that decision? No.
If they are going to ram ODO down our throats then we need to ram 100% compliance down their throats.
If, instead, they want us to be cooperative and make smart decisions...which they have every right to do...then they also need to provide us with the information we need in order to do so.
That information is RDO, it was available before, and it is still available now with nothing more that two mouse clicks on the dispatch screen.
Cooperation is a two way street. If they want cooperation then they need to stop hiding RDO.
You work for them. You are required to work with ups's best interest in mind regardless. They don't have to cooperate with you about anything except the contract.

It's not. I did it for years. It's the weak guys who make their own decisions to help cover up UPS flaws. I do what they tell me to do and the :censored2: burns down. I am in the office all the time and when they ask me why I did something I simply reply "just working as instructed" which makes them blow their stack.

I think he is. He is simply showing them how bad the software is so they ditch it and stop wasting money on it. Showing someone is almost always more effective than telling someone.

Lol. They will never get rid of it. It's the future. At some point a driver should mature enough due to age and years of driving to stop waisting time and energy bitching and just do your job aiming towards a pension.
