The more they push, the more you need to push back. After 25 years you should know how to play the game. Start filing on EVERYTHING. Then as they back off so should you.

Then they will just move on the next sucker.

Oh and stop loading. First off you are doing then a favor because the only reason a driver loads is when they are short staffed. Plus more time on the clock gives them more time to mess with you and find mistakes.

i do file as i need too, I also have a black book I have all my hrs. and harassment from the last 10 years, dates, time, I load , and drive my bid route because they want to pay my driver rate instead of hiring a new preloader, actually there are 3 of us drivers that do this. I really dont even talk to him, and he texts me about football on the weekends , and I do not reply, I think he got the message, because he has stopped, and tries to break the ice now, But he gas been this way before , I gave him a chance, and I will not do it again...
