An investigation into the death of Baltimore resident Freddie Gray has found no evidence that his fatal injuries were caused during the videotaped arrest and interaction with police officers, according to multiple law enforcement sources.
The sources spoke to ABC7 News after being briefed on the findings of a police report turned over to prosecutors on Thursday.
Sources said the medical examiner found Gray’s catastrophic injury was caused when he slammed into the back of the police transport van, apparently breaking his neck; a head injury he sustained matches a bolt in the back of the van.

YOU modified what was said by the medical examiner and are attempting to rewrite the autopsy results. In RED, you mischaracterized what the medical examiner said by eliminating the word "WAS"
The medical examiner said "when he WAS slammed" into the back of the police transport van.
The medical examiner has released so far, that his injuries were not recieved during the actual arrest, but in fact, occured in the van during transport.
The complete report has not been released yet.
As many medical examiners have already stated, there is NO WAY Freddie Gray could have broken his own neck or crushed his own voice box. The autopsy showed that Grays Voicebox was also crushed consistent which is consistent with a beating.
As usual, because the victim is black, you folks need to find any reason to justfify his death.
The right wing, along with FOX news is trying desperately to blame the victim, instead of the brutality of the police which led to the death of a human being that had committed NO CRIME.
It doesnt surprise me that those inclined to hate black people would come out and repeat information incorrectly just to satisfy that hate.
The word "WAS" is an important aspect of the medical examiners report.

The Mike Brown case was only questionable if you stopped following it after the first day.yeah those cops areed. They should be, a professional should not act like that. Still though, nothing will change.

There was no doubt the cops would get charged. It will be another political trial like Ferguson. What really happened is still unclear but charging 6 cops seems like a stretch. And just like Ferguson if the crowd doesn't get the verdict they want for "justice" there will be more looting and vandalism. What am I saying? There will be more looting regardless of any trial results.
Well there is no video only what the cop said. It looked like he had some injuries, not sure how sever so that supports a fight took place. Just not sure he absolutely had to shoot the guy but in the heat of the moment its the officers call. Moral of the story if don't fight the police, let your lawyer rape them in court.
Common legal tactic. They want them to testify against the other cops in exchange for lighter sentences. Police do this all the time in drug enforcement scenarios, which often involve threatening to charge people who are only guilty of possession of drugs with intent to distribute.
