We are also all working on Saturday; however, the rate of pay will be based upon what we deliver-----if we do just air we will be paid at the air exception rate but if we also deliver ground we will be paid at our current pay rate.
I don’t think that is correct ....Is that in your contract or is this just some thing they told you and you're agreeing to it?

They love trying 2 slide one in .... till someone catches them on it (which always happens)You are aware that management will tell you anything they think you're stupid enough to believe?

I get top rate no matter what job I do, unless I bid a different classification.Yeah not true. That's some phantom language for sure.

I don't know where they come up with this crap.Yep. Plus it's a six punch. Time and a half.
His center manager would get eaten alive at many other centers
It's not. If you are a part timer and you deliver air, they can pay you air rate. Can't pull that crap with a full-time ground driver.Same here. My center manager would never even dream of trying that. That's what made me wonder if it's in his contract.
I think Upstate was leaning ...because it was just air .... but that doesn’t matter ... for full time seniority driversSame here. My center manager would never even dream of trying that. That's what made me wonder if it's in his contract.
Damn you!just posted thatIt's not. If you are a part timer and you deliver air, they can pay you air rate. Can't pull that crap with a full-time ground driver.
Give them one three day select. That counts as ground.I think Upstate was leaning ...because it was just air .... but that doesn’t matter ... for full time seniority drivers
Too slow. You old Bastard.Damn you!just posted that
You can't agree to that. That's definitely a contract violation. No outside agreements. Is that in your contract or is this just some thing they told you and you're agreeing to it?
