Your management team needs to review their policies as they are doing their on-call customers a disservice.

You are not going to get called on the carpet for scanning a letter at an on call.

You will get called for scanning 500 ground packages at a daily P/U stop.
Why is your management team always right and everybody else's always wrong?

I'm kind of surprised here. I would have thought that UPS would want to know where every single package was so they could pin you with numbers.

and 10 bucks to pick up? We're not even half that.

Don't you charge $4 per package? We are a flat $10 for 1 or 1000.
