When the heat didn't work in some areas of our building and the company was dragging their feet, I called the local OSHA office and they had someone on site the next day. Heat was fixed immediately.

File a grievance and an OSHA complaint. Better yet, call or write a letter to OSHA and request that they come do an inspection.

Deranged lunatic
only reason they run heaters is to protect equipment and I'm surprised they don't fix em earlier to do just that. few days of colorado temperatures would break some equipment would it not?

Define heat. Our building has heat in the offices but the hub is very cold. Cold enough to freeze the water used for feeder wash.
