"Peak" is only supposed to be 5 weeks

What’s the significance of September 1 in this language, doesn’t really make sense.

If that language means what, it looks like there’s gonna be a lot of pissed off people during peak. Not to mention now the second half of the 9.5 filing season has been reduced to just a couple of months because you have to be off of it by September 1 if you want to get any overtime during peak.
How did they sneak that in?

I don’t know, but that’s kind of crappy and I agree I have no idea was September 1 Has to do with it.
They must have left that part out and thry was selling the contract to us
