Out of curiosity, is it "job creation" when a car company transfers existing production from an American factory to one across the border to Canada? Did your heart just swell upon reading the scenario presented in the question posed?

I never made that claim. But it's a proven fact most of these large corporations will move to where they can pay the lowest.
