Out of curiosity, is it "job creation" when a car company transfers existing production from an American factory to one across the border to Canada? Did your heart just swell upon reading the scenario presented in the question posed?

If so, then perhaps one man's job destroyer is another man's job creator.
its outsourcing, and its going from canada / america to mexico

it is when its leaving your country!

moving your location from one to another location but still managed by the same company is not outsourcing

hiring someone else to do the work for you is outsourcing. if you're going to make this argument then you have to understand the terminology.

Ricky if that is your argument then you cant take relocations and try to turn them into outsourcing in order to enhance your argument.

partly because she cant think and partly because of where she gets her news.

Boeing is non-union in SC. Whatever they make is significantly less than what a union worker would make. South Carolina essentially paid Boeing hundreds of thousands of dollars for each of those jobs.

you're back pedaling. those workers are making significantly more then what you said.

In all the reporting about terrorism, I hear the terms 'hard target' and 'soft target'. What is the meaning of these terms?
