I have been working at UPS for about 3-4 months now as a sorter and my wrist has been acting up should I even make an attempt at asking if I can be moved to small sort and If I was going to who would I talk to?

I would go to your supervisor, tell him what is going on with your wrist and the impact that it is having on your sex life, and ask that you be moved to less physically demanding position.

Did it start hurting at work or somewhere else?
If work you may want to call in an injury on that to protect yourself

I would ask if you could move, or wait till they post the bid sheet. In my area they post them once a year, so that may be too long to wait.
