Imagine that. No raise.
Raises this year were merit based. Sounds like you didn't work hard enough to get one.

I am still in progression and received the raise
They took it out for United Way.
Maybe ups decided he didn't need the money due to his extensive knowledge of shoes and all the money he makes probably traveling the world lecturing about shoe dynamics.

You are under the new contract, which means your raises come on your yearly anniversary date. You don't get the raises in August of each year. Your seniority date is close to May of 2014?, correct, which means you should have received a raise in May of this year.
I didn't get mine. But my 401K did.

They gave it to me since I'm full time and do twice as much work as you.
For those employees who have a seniority date prior to August 1,2013 the raise is $.70. The $.80 split raise will be in effect August 1,2106.
Your seniority date is between August 14,2012 and August 14, 2013, is this correct? You are under the 3 year progression.
If your seniority date is after August 1,2013, you are in the 4 year progression. You will receive raises on your anniversary date, not on any August 1st until you are thru the progression. The earliest you can be out of this 4 year progression is August 1,2017.
