I'm just asking the question. It's a no brainer for me that one is needed. This has gotten out of hand. So tell me why you don't think we need one.

Sort if like how your drivers need a livable wage and benefits but they can't have that. You need one. You just can't have one.
Probably a lot more than that.If there was vote today, I'll bet 50% + 1 would vote for a union.
yes, just like that. Because they are not good enough to be Express couriers so they shouldn't be compensated as well.Sort if like how your drivers need a livable wage and benefits but they can't have that.
Not all Ground drivers are doing bad. I know one driver that gets a decent wage, medical and vacation time. It's less than at Express, but livable.Sort if like how your drivers need a livable wage and benefits but they can't have that.

Your drivers need to be employees (of FedEx, not you). They can't have that, or benefits, or a living wage, or decent, safe, vehicles.
1 out of 10 isn't good. Not all Ground drivers are doing bad. I know one driver that gets a decent wage, medical and vacation time. It's less than at Express, but livable.
Fact is, there are contractors that will pay for good couriers. I don't care if it's 1 of 100. That's like saying all FedEx couriers are topped out and raking it in. You're lumping all of them together.1 out of 10 isn't good.
I'm lumping all of them together because they are all part of the scam/ system to exploit and drive down wages in the industry.Fact is, there are contractors that will pay for good couriers. If you would do the hard work and really organize the company, you would drive wages upward. Seems the same folk who rallied around that idea a few months ago never saw the effort through.I'm lumping all of them together because they are all part of the scam/ system to exploit and drive down wages in the industry.
