Well I'm just a hick out here but if the plan is to cut costs by two tiering wages then you'll have to explain why bennys will be untouched.

UPS pays a flat amount per hour to those locals who administer the H&W benefits for their members. The locals split those funds between the pension and health benefits. These funds have nothing to do with our wages but I do see your point and can see the company reducing these funds once all of the top tier drivers have been displaced.
