In the Central, yes.
The only time blocked out for us is the Monday after Thanksgiving through the week of Christmas.
Same way here.

The National language says not in Nov and Dec.
The Central Region language says yes up to Thanksgiving and negative from Thanksgiving thru Christmas.
It all depends on which language you fall under.
