They realized today that they forgot to two full trailers and they had been sitting since Friday.

OOPS! Someone in management didn't do the requisite
yard checks.

A few years back our oms started getting a lot of calls from customers demanding to know why their next day air packages were still sitting at the building, so he went wandering around the yard and found a package car out by the shop full of NDA that had been sitting there for 2 days. Preload manager was gone the next day.

Usually there is a PT sup they can pin the blame on. Almost no chance it will go up DM level.
