Board of Directors meeting this week.
Last year Abney had 99.7 million votes against nomination to the BOD. This year he had 88.2 Million votes against. (Source: S8 on SEC website)

    Interesting.
Stock price May 15, 2014 - $100.46. (5 years ago to the May board meeting where I believe he was named hier apparent to the CEO job)
Stock price Oct 1, 2014 - $96.92. (Day he became CEO)
    Stock price close yesterday 5/10/19 - $100.63

    What’s not to like!

Revenue 2015 - first full year as CEO - $58B
    Net Income 2015 - $4.8B

    Revenue 2018 - $71.9B
    Net income 2018 - $4.8B
    (Source:yahoo finance)

Now you know why the stock price is the same!

The Board is very happy with Abney. He knows where to hire the BEST Thai hookers for the board meetings. And they accept Amex!

It pays for Abney to have all those class A shares. With this new contract, it should set the stage to make him look very good or very incompetent.

He has the 2nd or 3rd most class A stock. He should care about that alone.

  7. They all should have been voted out. They make more then the average manager with 20 plus years

The stock dropped because of speculation of tariffs and the global economy instability. The domestic profit went up but we are just funding the expansion to other countries spreading ourselves to thin. So even though USA economy is booming ups is now a global company and tariffs or sanctions or war or no our government finally investing at home others countries fail without our business. The stock was driven down by rumors of a major turkey (card) revolt among management employees.
