Again, the Supreme Court didn't want to involve itself in the election. See the 2000 election for reasons why.

Being able to show proof that case should indeed be heard in court is one of the most basic concepts of Trial Law.

You present your proof in court. The judge doesn't look over everything before deciding if you have a case or not.
