I think Ukraine should have gotten the military aide in the timetable outlined by congress. Helping allies against Russian invasion is in the national interest, not a waste of taxpayer money at all.

I wouldn't have necessarily been against impeachment if it hadn't been so rushed and the Articles passed on to the Senate so weak. That made it a purely political/symbolic act rather than a truly necessary and serious one. And it was a waste of taxpayer money.

House should have censured since they were moving into an election year. Do impeachment right (with ample evidence) or don't do it at all.

I think there is ample evidence to move on to a trial. Impeachment is an indictment. The House doesn’t hold a trial. They found plenty of evidence Trump did what he was accused of. The guy did it on camera. Trials have witnesses with new evidence, that isn’t abnormal.

No but all the chagrin over whether Trump held up weaponry is hypocritical when you didn't give a damn that Obama refused to help them. The war was hotter then and Ukraine lost territory.
