It was only 230k. 4 bed 2 bath 4800 Sq ft with a pool on an acre. It's worth over twice as much now. I know I'll get it when they pass, which I hope is a long time from now, but I hope it makes up for paying my college and the debts that couldn't be settled when my sibling died. And I guess just raising two kids. I know it wasn't easy for them, especially some years.
That house is at least 600k in Jersey. Taxes around 15k a year.

Jeezus. They only paid around 5 this year. Zillow has it posted as 650k value. I don't know how true to the market that is. 420k in 5 years not bad haha.

Did you bother to investigate it further?

You have to sign up for the service and have a lock installed that can be opened with a one time code sent to the couriers smartphone. They will open the door just enough to slide the package in—the door will lock once it is closed.

You can ask your hubby if he ever taught any of his drivers to jiggle the door handle and to put the package inside if the door was unlocked. That is how I was trained when I first started.

The cost for the set up is 250.00 .....plus then you have too pay for the service

Never pumped gas
Amazon wanting to get into the delivery business, and leasing planes.

I remember when DHL tried that.

Yeah, I was delivering to an apartment complex yesterday. Came across a pile of amazon delivery boxes for about 22 different units, left in a pile at a unit that wasn’t even addressed on one of them. Nice job by the amazon delivery service. We need to make sure Teamsters are doing a good job while on the road, and snuff these wanna be’s out.
