America Shutdown Implemented To Ensure Our Healthcare Capacity Is Not Exceeded

Personally I don't idolize Trump, whether or not he would consider himself a conservative or not is not important to me. His actions for the most part have been more conservative than Reagan ever was. When Biden destroys everything Trump put in place I expect great buyers remorse. Time will tell.

I'll never attack your personal life or past Sam, I have skeletons like everyone else. I'm only forgiven.
More conservative than Reagan? C’mon man. It’s only now after he’s gone that any republican has anything to say about deficits, etc. I doubt that there will be buyer’s remorse. The people you speak of weren’t buying Biden in the first place. Those who voted for Biden aren’t going to wish for Trump-like theatrics again.

US still at its second all time high. so unless you've built more capacity since your second all time high in summer, i could see how your capacity has been exceeded.

Not me.
The Bible did that.
I only trust the finished work of the Lord Jesus Christ shedding his sinless Blood for me, being buried and resurrected to the Glory of God who was well pleased. If God is satisfied, I am satisfied and have nothing to add.

You just keep working your way and keep adding to His finished work, it obviously isn't sufficient for you.

I'm saved by Grace, through faith, it's the gift of God.

I'm merely a forgiven sinner.

Careful... you’re working.
31 “When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory.
32 All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats.
33 And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left.
34 Then the King will say to those on His right hand, ‘Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
35 for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in;
36 I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.’
37 “Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink?
38 When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You?
39 Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’
40 And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’
41 “Then He will also say to those on the left hand, ‘Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels:
42 for I was hungry and you gave Me no food; I was thirsty and you gave Me no drink;
43 I was a stranger and you did not take Me in, naked and you did not clothe Me, sick and in prison and you did not visit Me.’ Matt 24:31-42, NKJV

So it seems that there IS a Scriptural basis for the necessity of good works.

Would you give your misbehaving children their allowance?

This would be a better response:

Matthew 6:

26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?

28 “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 30 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith?

Remember when the goal of the shutdown was to ensure the US Healthcare system capacity was not exceeded?
Now almost all American hospitals are empty and healthcare employees have been laid off.
How and when did this "Goal Creep" occur?

This goal has been achieved and far exceeded other that a few areas in America ...
... why is the USA still shutdown?

That excuse was quickly used to control, kill the economy, and implement massive socialism.

God provides the birds the things necessary for their nest. He doesn't build it for them.
God provides the things necessary to clothe you. He doesn't put your pants on.
