Anyone else warning customers?

Why would you "warn" FedEx customers. Why do you care. Just deliver you packages. I don't get it.

I said, "the ones I like". Don't care about he rest anymore.

[Operational needs]

Had a customer yesterday ask me if she sent a pkg could it get there today by 1200. I couldn't lie. I told her probably not, regardless of what FedEx might promise her. Best bet, at this point, if package is TIME sensitive, send it to closest station for pickup. Next best option, Kinkos.

She was very appreciative for me telling the truth. Lol.
