AOC Under investigation by House Ethics Committee

I need specific examples of the Supreme Court effectively legislating. Not a list of cases.
In the first case mentioned, Congress had passed a law.

In the second case mentioned, there was no party of standing.

In the third case mentioned there was a Constitutional Amendment

In the fourth case, there was a treaty agreed to by the US government.

So SCOTUS only has the right to make decisions that favor liberal causes? Anything else is "legislating?"
