? Arbiter's Decision

Over a year ago I heard a case went to arbitration where the arbiter ruled that the document one signs for drug/alcohol rehab was not for a life time and the employee was reinstated.

Does anyone know where this took place and what the particulars were in the case? And finally where do I find this decision?

It sounds like that decision was rendered at the local watering hole over some otherwise fine scotch.

The decision I a looking for deadlocked in the JAC and the two man panel and went to arbitration.

I'm here. Lots of work to do, and not enough hours in the day or night.

Then the cable company has been less than great with the internet service.

Putting up a greenhouse right now. Wind is a bit of a problem when you are putting up 2 sheets of plastic 36X100. Blow you off a ladder with a 3MPH breeze.

Then there is all the incoming traffic for the Bristol race. Brings lots of people by here for a lookie.

Not to mention all the construction work that has been going on since February.

Decided to lurk a bit instead of posting so much.

Did I mention conectivity problems?

Why, has tie gotten out of line?

Moi? Out of line? Please explain. I thought I was behaving?

"Moi? Out of line?"

I'm picturing a really innocent expression, and a halo over his head..... !

Held up by those two red horns?

What a day!
