FedEx and Amazon both voted to be non-union. Tremendous fail as I see it. Our fearless leaders can't even keep RTW state rank and file in the union.
We HAVE to help them. Liken it to helping your parents with their cellphones or internet connection. In the end we are still responsible.

“It’s got to be $20 an hour. No one can survive on $15 an hour,” he said. “If we don’t get close to $20 an hour for a starting rate of pay for part-timers it’s not going to help us organize Amazon where they’re paying their part timers $18 an hour.”

We definitely need to get paid 20 an hour. If they want part timers to stick around, but at the end of the day we’re disposable.
