What's your point? You're overpaid?! Part timers are not paid enough for the amount of work they do!

2 people doing the same work should be paid the same per work unit.

I once worked 20 something hours in a day. Came in on my midnight shift, then did an air shuttle to the airport, then ran air.
When I came back from running my air they had a route sitting because they were shorthanded so they threw me and another driver who was out on disability to run it blind. I drove while he navigated.
I didn't know any better. I had only been working a couple years. Man did they flip out the next day when they found out how many hours I worked.
