We have a sorter on twi that is a nurse. Management cuts her some slack on her start time. Also have a package delivery driver that tends bar a couple nights a week.

Well now you're just making stuff up. Sups don't get drug tested when being promoted unless they are in a position that requires a drug testing program, which is basically feeders and air ops.
