I only agree in that I'm glad the right to due process won out here. You can't tell someone you won't prosecute them if they'll spill the beans in a civil suit and then prosecute them based on what they said in the civil suit.

Technicality but that is the law. Cosby was a victim of the woke crowd who rushed to convict him before statue of limitations ran out. Weak case with misconduct that should have been declared a mistrial a long time ago.

Yep. Having to violate someone's 5th Amendment rights (self-incrimination) in order to build a sufficient case is not acceptable.
