This shooting is another classic case of the failure of the Laws not being carried out by the very people put there to stop things like this.
{ NY has a Red Flag Law }

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.
The slaves provided free labor for that cotton. Now think if you worked for UPS for free and how profitable that would be. Ttku son...
Listen fake Tupac, the slaves weren’t free. Get a real life instead of worshipping a fake ass gangster. Son….

What he's trying to say is it took a lot of money to feed, clothe, and house the slaves. The slave himself was obviously getting screwed.
It took a lot less money than to pay them for their labor then to house them especially when their living conditions were as slaves. Jeezus do you cuckservatives even think these garbage opinions through?

First off not defending slavery. Second have you seen slave quarters? They didn't live in a nice suburb. No insulation, no electric, poor quality wood. And the slaves built their housing. Clothes were crap and food was grown by slaves too. Cotton was labor intensive, required a lot of workers before mechanization. And then there's the matter of finding people willing to do the back breaking work for low wages. Until machinery came along slavery was the most economical way to produce cotton and other labor intensive crops. Not justifying it, it just was the way it was. Thankfully you live in a time where you can make your way in a country where you can have a decent life.

The South's economy was so large that NYC was thinking of joining their side in the war.
Since NYC handled so much of the trade and they didn't want to lose that revenue.

It's almost like forcing children into isolation for years so that some old fatties wouldn't get the flu was a bad idea.
Ooooooookay......

When Gendron and his classmates returned to Susquehanna Valley High School in Conklin, New York, after the school paused in-person learning during a portion of the COVID-19 pandemic, those around him noticed odd behavior and rebellious signs.
