Certainly not the way they explain it in the movie. There are obviously genetic factors at play, but it's not as simple as saying IQ in a population is going to drop because stupid people have more kids.

Also what medical record or social media? Why would you show up after going to the doctor when you get EPL or post it on Facebook you're sick and then show up when you can be paid?
