you're just asking for trouble when you talk to management about other employees. maybe that is why no one wants to help you. just do your job and mind your own business.
sounds like it's too late though.
this is what we get trying to give good advice when we don't know the WHOLE story.
Then dont give it. Nothing is any different than any other thread or response here. It's all hearsay.
But the issue of someone purposely being hit, checked, hazed, harassed (certain levels thereof), by anyone while you're on the clock is sudden death (employment wise) and especially if you are hourly.
@Defender of right , if the issue persists do what
@Kelgirl said and then file a police report the day you get shoved/checked and let the chips fall where they may.
Be sure the police report lists that it is an ongoing issue and put the supervisor(s) name in it to make the company aware their failures that are going to make them liable in a lawsuit.
If you're sick of it do something "legal" to stop it.
Being a puss has nothing to do with enduring physical abuse on the job. The Birmingham and San Francisco killings got the company looking at how things should be handled.
There are certain qualifications for working at ups but being either a black belt or a punching bag is not on the list.
