I don’t mind that , i usually do the routes that are put in during week that cover 5 different routes. Once you know the area it’s not bad..

It depends on your center/volume, I think. I got written up for being a minute late punching in, and was a bit expressive.Sup apologized and said it meant nothing, that people that should have been fired a year ago based on write ups should have been fired and were stiĺl working.
I was a bit vitriolic and detailed what I did, ie: starting early for prime, handling overgoods, clearing belts and training the constant new pt sups.
That was my last writeup, despite occasional call ins and late punches.

Just bump the preload for a few weeks and they will be driving again in no time.
2 years is "High seniority" on the preload. I cannot make this s* up.
