Probably barely eats otherwise. Stress can cause gastro-intestinal problems which make eating not very pleasurable. Obama did coke too and neuro scientists have shown that cocaine users feel a sort of "ghost rush" when coke is even mentioned. (That is the pleasure centers of the brain act mildy like if the were snorting coke; also elevated dopamine levels) My experience with former coke heads had shown that they will laugh hard at jokes that are not that funny if they involve coke.
My hypothesis was that he was suffering from after affects of amphetamine pycosis. Symptoms could last decades. So trump could very well be a fatass and a former stimulants user/abuser. I went to high school with a guy whos dad was a whale but he loved stimulants also. Apparently sometimes illegal amphetamine pills are cut with viagra (or similar products) because one time the dad had to go to the ER for a 12 hour erection.

an interesting question. one could argue that having grown up "white" in Hawaii that he has never lived the black experience.
he does have some type of minority blood running through his veins which is usually only African American when the political need arises. At that point he suddenly displays a manner of speech that he defines as black.
