Common overlooked time allowance credits

How do we get credit for stairs to apartments? Is it the under the "FL" section in the stop?

You dont get any credit. The "allowance" is rigged to create a standard that you can only meet by working off of the clock. It was never meant to be fair, which is why the union does not recognize production standards as a basis for discipline. Management has the ability to edit your time card and if they want you to have "credit" for something they can go in there and add it in themselves.

If you forget your start mileage just ask the OMS to check your ending mileage from the day before. As long as nobody else used your package car (you can check the DVIR to confirm) that will be OK.

If someone used your car, the ending miles would be more not less. Odometers only go one way.

If you do put in overweights go to special accounts put in the number of over 70 packages... one new guy put in the weight and was talking credit for hundreds of them every day and almost lost his job

I thought special counts were only for pickups? What about delivering over 70 packages?

My last roll back was 300 miles.lol I hit 9,Instead of 6 !

When I had a typo it usually produced an error of several thousand miles so was easy to spot.

Yes, but I was saying his ending miles would be correct if nobody else used his car. If someone else added miles then you need his ending miles or it would be a rollback situation.

Many new drivers,do not take creit. for next day air pickups,hazmats and internationals. we have to pull them off the truck.

Poor training...they're not taught that they're allowed extra time for overweights either.

You do enter floor number to provide an accurate delivery address but don't expect to be getting more time to deliver to the second floor.
