Rs3 call tag. NI1 left notice marked "pick up". Customer calls in on me wanting his pkg. Oms sends me back to the house, only for me to explain to the guy that the info notice in his hand clearly says attempted pick up, not delivery. Insane world.

don't know why the oms didn't call customer and explain that the attempt was for a pickup, not a delivery
