We got pt guys at my building who think the contract has already passed dont even realize it has to be voted on

You know what scares me about this contract? I was talking to some of the younger drivers in the middle of their progression. They are willing to take a 22.4 job now so they don't have to wait a few more years to hit top rate
You what is worse? friend/T people who don’t even know it is a contract year. In all my years at Ups, I never seen this level of apathy. Do we get a raise, yes but.. oh I don’t worry bout that.. how much is it again?
