“When is a win a loss? It’s a loss when you’re Mitt Romney, and you spent the most and only beat the guy who spent the least in the state by 8 votes,” Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.) said on CNN. She also pointed out that Romney won less votes in Iowa in 2012 than he did when he lost the state’s caucus vote to Mike Huckabee in 2008.

Wasserman is RIGHT ON THE MONEY.

What dont you understand about the math involved?

Romney barely beat out a guy who spent close to NOTHING compared to his millions.... and he only gets an 8 vote win?

Thats a loss moreluck.

Peace.

Via Newsmax:
Congressman Allen West tells Newsmax that President Barack Obama has “complete contempt” for Congress and is starting to believe that he has an “imperial presidency.”

The Florida Republican says Newt Gingrich is the “smartest” GOP candidate but thinks any of the Republican hopefuls can beat Obama in what undoubtedly will be a “brutal bloodbath.”
West also asserts that sanctions will not succeed in deterring Iran’s belligerency and warns that the United States should not cut the defense budget to make the military the “bill-payer” for Washington’s failure to rein in spending.
West, who was elected in 2010, is a member of the House Tea Party Caucus. He is also an Army veteran who served for more than 20 years, with postings in several combat zones, and retired with the rank of lieutenant colonel.

President Obama has said he is hopeful for an improved economy in 2012. In an exclusive interview with Newsmax.TV, West was asked whether Americans should feel that way.

“No, they shouldn’t,” West declares. “President Obama is just going to sit back and hope that things fall into his lap

Allen West on the Marines Incident: 'Shut Your Mouth, War Is Hell'

1:37 PM, Jan 13, 2012 • By DANIEL HALPER

Rep. Allen West (R-Fla.), a former Army lieutenant colonel, sends THE WEEKLY STANDARD an email commenting on the Marines' video, and has given us permission to publish it.

“I have sat back and assessed the incident with the video of our Marines urinating on Taliban corpses. I do not recall any self-righteous indignation when our Delta snipers Shugart and Gordon had their bodies dragged through Mogadishu. Nei
ther do I recall media outrage and condemnation of our Blackwater security contractors being killed, their bodies burned, and hung from a bridge in Fallujah.

“All these over-emotional pundits and armchair quarterbacks need to chill. Does anyone remember the two Soldiers from the 101st Airborne Division who were beheaded and gutted in Iraq?

“The Marines were wrong. Give them a maximum punishment under field grade level Article 15 (non-judicial punishment), place a General Officer level letter of reprimand in their personnel file, and have them in full dress uniform stand before their Battalion, each personally apologize to God, Country, and Corps videotaped and conclude by singing the full US Marine Corps Hymn without a teleprompter.

“As for everyone else, unless you have been shot at by the Taliban, shut your mouth, war is hell.”

Allen West To Obama, Reid, Pelosi, Wasserman Schultz: “Get The Hell Out Of The United States of America”…

Allen-West-Representative-Florida.jpg

And don’t let the door hit you on the way out.
Via The Blaze:
Rep. Allen West (R-Fla.) had a strong message Saturday for President Barack Obama, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz: “Get the hell out.”

West made the comments during a speech at a Palm Beach County GOP event in West Palm Beach.
“This is a battlefield that we must stand upon. And we need to let President Obama, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and my dear friend, chairman of the Democrat National Committee, we need to let them know that Florida ain’t on the table,” West said.
The audience was booing by the time West got to Pelosi’s name.

“Take your message of equality of achievement, take your message of economic dependency, take your message of enslaving the entrepreneurial will and spirit of the American people somewhere else,” he continued. “You can take it to Europe, you can take it to the bottom of the sea, you can take it to the North Pole, but get the hell out of the United States of America.”

DNC Chief Wasserman Schultz Calls Romney An Extremist…

Romney is “extreme?”
(CBS News) — The chair of the Democratic National Committee, Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, attacked GOP presidential contender Mitt Romney for being “out-of-step” and “extreme” on Sunday’s “Face the Nation.”

“Each of them are trying to out right-wing each other,” Wasserman Schultz told “Face the Nation” host Bob Schieffer.

The Florida congresswoman focused most of her attention on Romney. She said the former Massachusetts governor is a “dramatic contrast” to what President Obama offers the country.

Ahead of Tuesday’s Florida primary, she said “Romney is out-of-step with the priorities of Floridians.”
“Mitt Romney benefits from the tax loopholes that exist today and he wants them to continue,” Wasserman Schultz said. “That’s the dramatic contrast” to President Obama,” she said.

He is part of an “extreme Republican field” that would do nothing to “help homeowners remain in their homes,” Wasserman Schultz said, referring to the high rate of foreclosures in Florida.
