Given Dano's disdain and contempt, as evidenced by his comments, for the people who are out there everyday performing the actual task for Fedex actually gets PAID and that is the physical movement of goods from one place to another, why would any of those good and decent people be willing to even sit in the same room with the guy let alone try to reason with him?

You dope, there are great ideas out there and plenty of great people submitting them and working with me and others, as groups, to evaluate them and to help bring the good ones to reality. I enjoy working with those people and on the ideas that they present. People think their ideas are great and many are disappointed/ticked off when told that they aren't. Some want to learn in order to develop better ideas and so on, others don't and are left with a sour taste in their mouths.

If someone is willing to go through the process, great, I'll do all I can to help them along. If they aren't, they can find someone else to bother with their brilliant idea. I have a feeling that you wouldn't fit in any collaborative process.
