Feeder driver happy with pay

[Time for change]

When discussing contract with feeder driver yesterday, he said he is happy with pay and will vote yes, but only concern is part timers leaving union. Well no kidding idiot if you pay the part timers catch up raise they will be happy like you and have reason to stay. No catch up raise for existing part timers has the most potential to damage the union of anything in this contract. And it matters to full timers just as much in big picture.

I met a jacksonville driver this morning and he said my complaints were the first he has heard. He said he didn't know a single driver who was planning to vote no.

I told him of my concerns and it was obvious his mind was already made up. Unbelievable!

Tell feeder guys the new contract won't allow them to snack in their tractors anymore and they will all vote no.
