Fired for the first time

Sounds like they like "paperwork". Give them some more.... grieve sups working, production harassment, safety (over 70's by yourself), (egress issues). They will soon be tired of grievances. Also be sure to get your coworkers involved.

Funny thing is I did file my first grievance a week before my firing.

Yes I was a single dad at ups most of 30 years. Yes I ran and skipped lunch to get home for kids and their functions...but never leave stuff at mailbox or sign for anything. 9.5 list,
