Backing here. My center manager wants us not to back at docks unless it is a bulk stop! Said if we can see it is less than 10 packages to pull up and walk it off. This is just ridiculous.

Sure would suck if that cart got a flat. Looks like I'll be 3 hours over boss. Cart got a flat and I can't back to the dock. These packages are heavy so I better be careful and take my time.
