If passing a DOT exam qualifies you, yes.

Some ft bids still say "Must be able to operate a vehicle with a manual transmission".

I don't know all the benefits the ADA give you a pass on but it would seem discriminatory to exempt anyone who can pass a DOT fit for duty exam
