I think there should be a surcharge if the shipment is using a box not intended for that type of shipment. We are losing money on that deal. We are not here to give away boxes and lose money on our provided service.

I think that is how the company vies it also. I have never heard a word from management about attempting to stop customers from using our supplies as long as they are shipping through us.
