If Global Warming is caused by to many people living , then the only solution would be to end all the foreign aid.
Let each country survive or fail on its own.

See no new laws needed .

ralph nader calls america a highly developed 3rd world country. the other 2 countries that arent part of the paris climate deal are also 3rd world. other signs that america is 3rd world is no guaranteed vacation, no maternity leave, no paid vacation, anti labour policies, no guaranteed healthcare

Seeing how we are 3rd world ... we should be getting aid and not giving any.

Seeing how we are 3rd world ... we should be getting aid and not giving any.
that quote is from ralph nader so heres an example of him elaborating on it:

"So we’ve got a real problem here. It’s not too extreme to call our system of government now "American fascism." It’s the control of government by big business, which Franklin Delano Roosevelt defined in 1938 as fascism. And they control the government and turn the government to their favor—subsidies, handouts, giveaways, deferred prosecutions, non-prosecutions—and against the American people. And minimum wage is just one. You have full Medicare for all, which a majority of doctors and the American people want, with free choice of doctor and hospital. That’s the only—we’re the only Western country that doesn’t have it. Eight hundred Americans a week die because they cannot afford diagnosis and treatment for their ailments. That’s 800 Americans a week, 45,000 a year. Who says so? A study, peer-reviewed, out of Harvard Medical School."We have the lowest minimum wage in the Western world. We have the greatest amount of consumer debt. We have the highest child poverty, the highest adult poverty, huge underemployment, a crumbling public works — but huge multi-billionaires and hugely profitable corporations. I say to the American people: What’s your breaking point? When are you going to stop making excuses for yourself? When are you going to stop exaggerating these powers when you know you have the power in this country if you organize it?""

...We are an advanced Third World country. We have great military equipment and science and technology. Half of the people in this country are poor. They can’t even pay their bills. They’re deep in debt.

You wouldn't know a fact if it bit you in the butt.

Nader voices his opinions, not facts.
btw this is from timothy snyder, yale professor who famously wrote a book "on tyranny"

"If there is no truth, there are no facts; if there are no facts, there is no rule of law; and if there is no rule of law, you can’t maintain a liberal democracy."

you should check him out for more. when america collapses, which it will, it should be fairly ugly considering your history of violence.

Quoting the opinion of someone else?

Nader uses facts to argue his opinions.
There is really no place for that here.

Nader seldom uses facts. And when he does he usually interprets them incorrectly.

He became famous for his hit piece on Corvairs which upon closer examination was full of errors. He has not improved with age.
