    Do you think being a hard worker, on time, never in trouble has anything with you being able to go driving? even the slightest bit? or is it always seniority rules

    No, but it has a LOT to do with your FT sup slipping the HR rep a Franklin to keep a Super Loader like you from receiving "the call".

    When your number is called you better make sure your driving/criminal record is clean. Seniority will get passed up due to DUIs, tickets/warrants etc.
