It's no secret I think he's a major A-hole, but who has any information on some of the crap he pulled before landing on top of the Express division pile? I've never had any direct experience with him, but a friend who used to be a courier in the Central Region said M*** had a policy that 3 service failures or more would result in an instant letter, regardless of the reason. That sounds ruthless enough to be true in my book, and it's also idiotic, which almost guarantees it came from him.
