Im ready to work hard and I drive great. You have to be a stick shift pro? I thought most of the qualification related to that. Are you saying I cant pass that test with a rudimentary stick shift skill set?

1. don't leave your foot on the clutch. once you shift, remove foot until its time to shift to the next gear.
2. keep your hands at ten and two at all times. dont cross your arms when turning.
3. don't stop while reversing. Reverse needs to be done in one smooth motion.
4. check your mirrors.
5. learn the stick. R is where 1st is (in a car). 1st is where 2nd is (in a car) so on.
6. just make whomever is grading you feel safe/comfortable. Don't try and hotdog anything, just do exactly what they want, how they want. nothing more.

Depends on the transmission type. We have two different kinds, Spicer's have reverse where the normal first gear is, all the older cars are identical to most 4 speed cars.
