Guess RPCD pay progression for new contract

If I had it my way it would be:

Start/Seasonal - $25
After gaining permanent seniority - $30
After 1yr after gaining permanent seniority - $40
After 2yr after gaining permanent seniority - $50
Everyone seems hyped up for $50 per hour right away, at the signing of this agreement, ain’t happening, gonna be regular wage increases just like it always has been. Not enough money to go around, part timers want theirs and outnumber drivers.

I'm currently an RPCD. And my "suggestion" amounts to a 25% pay raise and a shortened progression. Not exactly ridiculous IMHO.
We won’t even be remotely close to that IMO.
There’s going to be a lot of disappointed ups’ers with all the hype going around.

I agree, not right away. But I could see $2/hr for the 5 years to get to $50 by the end of the contract.
