Hey question for people if a building is starting to give out warning letters to people do people file after they give them to them ?
I had to help with four warning letters for people missloads. People have asked me if I can file on that.

You can't file a grievance on a warning letter. The union should be writing a rebuttal letter for you.

Pretty much automatic to grieve every letter. Doesn't matter whether you deserve it or expect to win anything. The point is to get the protest in your file.

Depends on your supplemental language.
Here in the west all warning letters are automatically protested per The Western Region of Teamsters. Though with the help of your shop steward you can write a rebuttal which I always recommend people do.
