You are worthless. We have drivers that freak out when management sends them a message saying sheet the misload as NSN and instead sheet it up as missed. I tell them just do what they say and move on from it.
Yeah just don't show management the pic.Write down?
Take a cellphone pic.
Look @Operational needs he got you're right!!!!!!!You are worthless.

Anybody that looks at those benefits as free is a fool. Not into management. I like my free benefits![]()
Happened to me tonight! I found a mis spa'd package that was about 11 miles out of town, but my route was out of town in the complete opposite direction. So when I was done doing my 270 miles and 90 some stops, I had to drive out and deliver it. At least it was an easy $45ish dollars in my pocket.Another case of I can't believe we work for the same company. Nothing funny is done regarding misloads here as far as I know. We deliver em all. Doesn't matter. I've delivered misloads 20 miles off my route when I was finished, in the complete opposite direction of the building. Once in a blue moon we'll be instructed to sheet missed if it's for the other center in my building.
I'd love to have someone tell me to bring them back and someone else will take care of it. Take a picture of the Diad. Ass covered. What do I care. Working as directed.

What if it was a fedex package you found on the side of the road. Then you drove 10 miles out of your way to deliver it?"You will never get in trouble for delivering a package" - my center manager. I get paid by the hour.
Then why would they want it sheeted as NSN? A missed disappears if package is delivered, is it not?How do you know an attempt isn't made on it after you punch out at 5PM? We have OT whores who will run misloads all night if we let them. Always send guys out to run them after they bring their pickups back.
i won't feel bad for you when you get fired. We have drivers that freak out when management sends them a message saying sheet the misload as NSN and instead sheet it up as missed. I tell them just do what they say and move on from it.

Grow a set and do the right thing
I bet you don't take your whole meal either to "stay off the radar"
